Reuters devoted a TV special to a new Dutch way of coping with the effects of global warming: rising sea levels and more rain in autumn and winter. Instead of keeping fighting the water, the future is with floating houses. One Dutch academic thinks that floating houses will not just be a fashionable lifestyle but a necessity in the coming years.
